My Weekly Workout Plan

At the end of the day being healthy is unrelated to weight. Working out and changing my diet made me lose 40 pounds, but the most important change was that I learned to treat my body with respect. Our bodies are inconsequential in the grand scheme of things, but they allow us to live our lives to the fullest. 

Pulling Together the Pieces

It’s not easy being an open book, but I felt like it was time to explain the change I’ve undergone. This is the first of many posts - which won’t all be as emotionally charged as this one. I know I’m not alone in my experience growing up and hope that sharing my struggle gives someone else the courage to return to themselves.
